Dennis manages all aspects of our water infrastructure and brings vast experience in management of the complete water cycle. Dennis is responsible for designing and building infrastructure to facilitate efficient transfer of water from our well fields to the customer impoundment or their frac location. His expertise includes pumps, hydraulics, pipeline, valve set design, water transfer and all aspects of customer support and service. Dennis has extensive knowledge in the fields of high-flow municipal water systems and automation. In addition to maintaining excellent customer relations with current accounts such as APC, WPX, XTO, MOC, and Felix Energy Dennis’ experience also includes working with most of the major Oil and Gas operators such as CVX, Shell, MRO, PDC, Devon energy, NFX, EOG, and Cimarex.

Jared is a highly motivated, results-oriented professional with twenty years of management experience.  That, combined with over seventeen years of experience in the Oil and Gas Industry, have culminated in Jared obtaining a vast range of expertise in areas such as operations management, project management, process improvement, water management, produced water treatment, water hydraulics, automation, logistics, pump operations and maintenance of ESP, centrifugal, and hydraulic pumps.  Prior to Winkler Services, Jared was Superintendent of Ranch Operations for Delaware Basin Ranches (previously Hanging H Ranch) where he managed all aspects of their water infrastructure and operations.  Prior to Hanging H, Jared was a Completions Consultant for Occidental Petroleum where he managed water sourcing and produced water treatment for all D&C Operations in the Delaware Basin.  Jared’s proudest accomplishments are the relationships that he has built and maintained throughout his career with family, coworkers, customers, and vendors alike.

Joel is a strong key member of our onsite operations here at the Winkler team.  With over five years of expertise in water transfer and field supervision.  His leadership shapes a future of efficiency and reliability on our daily operation tasks.  Some of his expertise include, completing assigned projects, knowledgeable in water flow and pressure, valves, fittings, system controls, high flow municipal water well operations, lay-flat deployment, heavy equipment operations, proper documentation on SOP’s, and compliance with company policies and procedures.  As a member of the Winkler Companies, Joel is also responsible for maintaining our reputation for excellent customer service.

With over a decade of dedicated expertise in water transfer, Raul brings a wealth of experience to the team. Raul plays a pivotal role in supplying essential water resources to oilfield operators. His commitment to ensuring seamless water transfer operations has been a driving force in contributing to the success of our vital industry.

William has more than 30 years of experience in the oil industry including oilfield electric, downhole wireline and supply sales. He joined Winkler Services in 2021 in operations where he has gained knowledge in water supply and transfer and lay flat deployment. His experience in oilfield electrical services has been utilized trouble shooting problems at Winkler’s water supply wells and the water station wells. He organizes and oversees preventative maintenance for Winkler Services wells, equipment and fleet management.
